With an eye toward future growth, we are pleased to announce that on October 1, 2023 GIS has acquired Discovery Industries and its subsidiaries. Discovery is a full-service engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company serving the onshore wind and solar energy markets. This new partnership, in which the entire Discovery leadership team will remain on board, is a momentous step in the evolution of providing value-added renewable energy services.
