“The addition of the Chustz team will bring enhanced technology, quality resources, and a new client network that will boost our existing portfolio and increase our professional service offerings. Our companies are both family-owned and operated with uniquely similar work-place cultures. Together, we look forward to realizing the future opportunities that lie ahead of us, while continuing to stay true to our core values: putting our employees first, being the most responsive service provider, and delivering results for our customers."

A Competitive Advantage

While enhancing the value of both businesses, the integration will allow for a competitive advantage and create numerous business opportunities for the partnership. The Chustz organization will now have access to GISEng’s vast capabilities, additional resources, and extensive client base allowing us to grow relationships and further expand its business. The merger also allows GISEng to expand its existing Infrastructure business into the Federal market and boost its surveying resources and capabilities to better serve existing clients in the Energy, Industrial, Power, and Public Works sectors.

About Chustz Surveying, Inc.

Based in New Roads, LA, Chustz Surveying, LLC. is an industry leader in aerial and hydrographic surveying, with more than 27 years of servicing the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the Federal sector and other commercial, state and local clients. Since its inception in 1995, Chustz has continued to grow through hard work and client satisfaction. From that point on, they have invested in the most knowledgeable and qualified employees, along with state-of-the-art technology in order to assure the highest caliber of service. This has allowed the team to expand into other surveying areas, including hydrographic surveying, sUAS (unmanned aerial systems), GPS surveying, singlebeam technology, multibeam technology and LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) acquisition.
